Looking forward to seeing our youth athletes at the the Reston Superhero Youth Triathlon for the Swim, Bike, and Run event at the Ridge Heights Pool on Sunday, July 16th, 2023 at 8:00 am.

Individual (Triathlon - Swim, Bike, Run)
Splash & Dash (Aquathlon - Swim, Run)
Course Distance Information:

| 6 - 8 years | 50 Meters | 1 Mile | 0.6 Miles |
| 9 - 11 years | 100 Meters | 2 Miles | 1.0 Miles |
| 12 - 14 years | 200 Meters | 4 Miles | 1.4 Miles |
The event will focus on participation rather than competition and making every athlete feel like a superhero.
Parents are encouraged to dress as their favorite Superhero and cheer on their athletes!
Race Goals
Whether this is your FIRST triathlon or one of many you have completed, our GOAL for you is to have FUN, ENJOY the moment and SMILE!!!
